ROOMS
The Attic Room
Nestled beneath the eaves of our eighteenth-century house, The Attic Room is a quiet retreat shaped by timber beams, soft light and a sense of calm. Thoughtfully restored while preserving its original character, it offers an intimate base from which to discover the landscapes of the Bernese Oberland.
THE SPACE
A Quiet Corner Beneath the Roof
Set beneath the original roofline of Haus Mannenberg, The Attic Room embraces the character of the house through exposed timber, carefully chosen natural materials and a restrained palette inspired by the surrounding landscape. Though intimate in scale, it feels calm and considered, offering everything needed for an unhurried stay. It is a place to wake with the first morning light, return to after a day in the mountains, and end the evening with a book as the house settles into silence.

Every room at Haus Mannenberg forms part of a house with a history stretching back more than three centuries. Shared living spaces, quiet corners, a garden overlooking the mountains and the gentle rhythm of daily life invite guests to slow down and feel at home. Whether staying for a weekend or a little longer, the experience extends far beyond the room itself.
