THE HOUSE
Made For Slow Days Together
Whether shared as a couple, with family or among friends, Haus Mannenberg offers the freedom to experience a historic Alpine home entirely as your own. With 280 m² of living space set within more than 2,000 m² of private grounds, there is room to come together and room to retreat—to gather around the table, spend long days outdoors and simply make yourself at home.
LIVING
The Heart Of The House
The kitchen, dining area and living room form the heart of Haus Mannenberg. Mornings begin with breakfast and specialty coffee, afternoons unfold at their own pace and evenings gather around the table or beside the fire. Cook together, open a bottle of wine, settle in with a book or simply watch the light change across the mountains—this is a house made to be lived in.
THE GROUNDS
Life Beyond The Front Door
Surrounded by more than 2,000 m² of private grounds, Haus Mannenberg offers space to live outdoors through the seasons. Read beneath a tree, gather around the fire pit as evening falls, prepare dinner on the barbecue or settle onto the terrace as the light moves across the surrounding fields and mountains. Here, the landscape becomes part of everyday life.
THE LOUNGE
A Quiet Corner To Unwind
The bedrooms at Haus Mannenberg are intentionally free from televisions, while a separate lounge offers a place for film nights, rainy afternoons or simply unwinding together after a day in the mountains. Comfortable and removed from the main living space, it gives everyone another place to gather—or retreat to—without disturbing the quiet rhythm of the house.
THE ROOMS
Four Rooms, One Home
Four individually designed bedrooms are arranged across two floors. The Garden Room and Morning Room sit on the first floor, while the Upper Room and Attic Room are tucked beneath the historic roof above. Together, they accommodate up to eight guests, each with a character of its own while remaining unmistakably part of the same home.
THOUGHTFULLY INCLUDED
A Few Things Taken Care Of
From Susanne Kaufmann amenities and Schlossberg bed linen to MAME specialty coffee and breakfast prepared each morning, the essentials are quietly taken care of. For longer stays, a mid-stay clean is included and fresh towels are available on request, while additional services can be arranged whenever needed. Beyond that, the house—and the day—is entirely your own.
TAILORED STAYS
Shaped Around Your Plans
Beyond breakfast each morning, the rest of your stay can be as independent or as looked after as you wish. Grocery shopping before arrival, a private chef, wellbeing treatments and carefully chosen local experiences can all be arranged on request. Or leave the days entirely open—the house is yours, and there is no particular way to spend them.
